Human-factors engineering applies to a body of science, a method, and a career all at the same time.
Human-factors engineering, as a body of science, is a set of evidence and concepts regarding human traits,
capacities, and shortcomings in relation to robots, occupations, and ecosystems. It is the process of
designing computers, machine processes, work practices, and conditions to ensure the safety, security, and
efficiency of human technicians and service providers. Human-factors engineering as a field comprises a
wide variety of researchers and technologists from different backgrounds that are associated with people
and organized numbers at work.
