Human Resources Manager – Recruitment are directly responsible for supplying a skilled workforce to their companies. Manager that work for executive search firms may attend trade shows, college job fairs and other meetings nationally or even internationally that may be attended by potential candidates and hiring managers. Human resource manager recruitment can work for a variety of different organizations across a large range of industries across the public and private sector. They usually work based in an office environment. Human resources managers usually work regular business hours, but may be required to work shift work, weekends and public holidays, depending on the industry they work in.
