HR Business Partners are HR professionals who work closely with an organization’s senior leaders in order to develop
an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organization. The process of alignment is known as HR
business partnering and may involve the HR business partner sitting on the board of directors or working closely with
the board of directors and C-suite.
HR Business Partners are seen as important in this process as a progressive way to connect the HR department to
other functions. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The
successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. The position may include international human
resource responsibilities. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's
financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
HR managers are likely to be responsible for HR within a department or for the company But HR- Business Partner
provide resources and build relationships with focusing on the missions and objectives set forth by the organization.

Entry Level Education
- Bachelor's Degree; Master's may be preferred in Human Resources
