Dr. Nandkishore Rathi

BE, MBA, PhD, Chief Career Navigator

Dr. Nandkishore Rathi, a renowned career guidance expert with a stellar academic background, including a Ph.D. from IIT Bombay and recognition as a Mercer Asia Award winner, possesses a remarkable 40-year journey marked by versatility. His career commenced as a placement officer at IIT Bombay, where he forged connections with over 300 organizations and took responsibility for placing 900-1000 students annually in prestigious MNCs like Morgan Stanley, LG, and Godrej.

On the corporate front, Dr. Rathi made significant contributions to esteemed organizations such as Videocon and Oracle Corporation. In 2005, he reached new heights by handling the reins as the Director of Campus Relations at Oracle, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing campus recruitment operations in 12 Asia-Pacific countries.

One of his key strengths lies in his profound understanding of corporate recruitment, a skill honed during his tenure as the head of placements at IIT Bombay from 1995 to 2005, and his leadership role as the Director of Campus Recruitment at Oracle. His responsibilities encompassed managing campus hiring processes across Asian countries, including Japan, Malaysia, China, Vietnam, and Singapore.

Dr. Rathi's expertise extends to the analysis of job descriptions, equipping students with essential skills, and establishing robust connections with companies, ensuring a track record of successful placements.
